My project is still not finished. How can I see where it is or who is holding it up?

In your dashboard you can see where the document is, who has worked on it and for how long.

What payment services do you support?

We accept all major debit and credit cards.

Can I update my card details?

Yes. Go to the billing section of your dashboard and update your payment information.

Is this a secure site for purchases?

Absolutely! All billing information is processed and stored by the main payment providers that have the most stringent level of security in the payment industry. We ensure that we only work with payment providers that comply with the international PCI-DSS security standards.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. We will disable it until your current subscription expires and then we will remove it. You can enable your account again until your current subscription expires. There is no refund when you cancel your plan.

What types of projects can I manage in CrowdPie?

You can manage Software Development projects, Sales Projects and Recruitment projects. Besides that, you can choose the standard project template for all other types of projects.

How do I manage tasks across multiple projects?

You can choose different views on your Kanban board and move tasks while you complete them. You can choose a view per project or an integrated view of all tasks across all projects.

Where is my data located?

If data sovereignty or residency are important for you or a legal requirement, you can select the region from the portal. That is currently New Zealand, UK, Canada, EU or Australia and it doesn't leave these locations.

Which of my personal details can CrowdPie staff see?

Only authorised staff can see your registration details, such as email address and geographical location (for data residency purposes), and your billing information for the purpose of enabling you to access the platform. We cannot see the content that you have uploaded to CrowdPie. For more information please see our privacy policy.

Can I track activities on my files?

Yes. All your different projects have a unique project number. For each file you can track user activities. You are able to see when, and who has accessed or uploaded files. You can also track how much time you and other people have spent on each file.

How are you ensuring that CrowdPie is secure?

We are the most secure and privacy-oriented file sharing platform by design. We are continuously working on improving our security posture and on complying with international security standards and regulations such as ISO27001, ISO27701, GDPR, HIPAA and NIST. We are also periodically performing penetration testing on our platform to identify and mitigate any technical vulnerabilities.

So, how secure are my files?

Your files are so secure that even our administrators can’t access your data. That means that even if our platform is hacked, the hacker won’t be able to obtain your information. We don’t keep a copy of your encryption keys, and aren’t able to access your data. The downside of that is that if you forget your password, we won’t be able to restore your information for you.

What is the maximum filesize to upload?

We do not limit your file size. You can choose any size, but it is likely that your computer, network bandwidth or the browser will be limiting your performance. We recommend to split large files in multiple files for better performance.

How strong is your encryption?

We use state of the art crypto algorithms, like elliptic cryptography with keys not less than 256-bit length.

Does the staff of CrowdPie have access to my files?

No, since you are the only owner of the cryptographic keys, not even us or any authority can access your files without your consent. Read this article for more info.
